Who is this program intended for?

To receive funding, you need only meet three criteria:

  • You are a legally independent company with your registered office and business operations in Germany.
  • You have fewer than 50 employees, your annual balance sheet total or annual revenue does not exceed 10 million euros, and your company has been in business for less than 10 years.
  • Do you offer innovative products, processes, or services for the forestry industry or related sectors?

Substantial funding

Through the Young Innovators Program, we’ll help fund your trade show participation by covering up to 60%—or a maximum of €7,500—of your trade show expenses, including booth rental and construction.

Your Path to INTERFORST

Step 1: Online Exhibitor Registration

Register herefor a spot at the Young Innovators shared booth.

Step 2: Submitting an application to the BAFA

Immediately after registering with INTERFORST, you must submit the application for approval to the BAFA. You can find the application here.

Step 3: Application Review

BAFA will review your application and, if approved, issue a grant certificate. Once the Young Innovators shared booth is fully booked, you will receive an invoice and can begin planning your trade show participation.
