Lecture description
We demonstrate our stationary and mobile sawmills and show how roundwood is turned into lumber. Our narrow-band sawing technology makes optimal use of the log and produces less sawdust than, for example, a chainsaw. We then process the sawn boards into slats using our edger. Whether using 2 or 5 circular saw blades—unedged boards and slats are produced in no time at all. On our four-sided planers, we demonstrate how to extract even more value from every piece of wood and profile boards into moldings or tongue-and-groove products for further use in construction.
