Lecture description
Live demonstrations of modern forestry technology: Harvesters and forwarders work with prepared practice logs to simulate logging under controlled conditions. Machine data is displayed live on large screens—including PONSSE Manager Pro with fleet management, routes, harvest volumes, deviations, and emissions. WOOD.IN.VISION demonstrates digital process control, real-time tracking, and automated workflows. The PONSSE Firefighter will also be showcased—a forwarder converted into a wildfire fire truck equipped with a 10,000-liter water tank, a water cannon, and off-road capability. Visitors can tour the cabs with Wahlers experts. Short sessions: 15–20 minutes, several times a day.
