Combating brand and product piracy

The protection of our exhibitors against brand and product piracy is very important to INTERFORST. That is why we have developed an extensive and legally effective catalog of measures to protect their industrial property rights.

INTERFORST has compiled a comprehensive catalog of measures for the protection of trademark and patent rights of its exhibitors. On the initiative of Messe München, Munich Regional Court keeps court dates open for INTERFORST. This allows exhibitors to obtain temporary injunctions faster. The respective applicant should clearly state on the application that the matter concerns urgent trade-fair business and state the name of the trade fair in question. i.e. INTERFORST, and the dates of the show.
